Very easy and quick to prepare chicken salad!
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Ginger, Miso & Honey Dressing or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, chill and serve with rice crackers or as a wrap.
