- 8 whole chicken breasts, skinned and split
- 1/4 cup Cherchies® Champagne Mustard
- 3 TBSP. white wine
- 1 1/4 cups fine bread crumbs
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- Non-stick cooking spray
Pat dry chicken breasts.
Mix Cherchies® Champagne Mustard and wine. Dip each chicken breast in mustard mixture, then in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
Spray baking sheet and place each piece of chicken, meaty side up, on the sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a very hot oven, about 450 degrees.
