- 8 loin lamb chops, cut 1" thick and trimmed
- 2 TBSP. wine vinegar
- 1 TBSP. Cherchies Lem'n Dill Seasoning
- 1 TBSP. Cherchies Champagne Mustard
- 3 TBSP. olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, sliced
Place lamb chops in a deep ceramic or glass bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Marinate in the refrigerator, covered for 4 to 5 hours.
Broil over a hot charcoal fire or under an oven broiler for 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
