- 6 to 7 baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cherchies® Champagne Mustard
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
Preheat oven to 425º. Butter an oven proof dish which you can cook and serve in.
In a separate bowl, blend Cherchies® Champagne Mustard, butter, salt and pepper.
Put a third of the potatoes in your oven proof dish and dot the potatoes with a third of the butter mixture and a third of the grated cheese. Repeat the layers two more times ending with the grated cheese on top. Pour chicken broth over potatoes and place baking dish in the oven for 60 to 65 minutes.
