- 4 medium beets
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Cherchies® Champagne Mustard
Peel and quarter beets. Place uncooked beets on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes
Combine honey and Cherchies® Champagne Mustard. Mix thoroughly. Drizzle on beets and cook for 10 minutes more.
