Lem'n Dill Cheese Ball Recipe

Just 3 ingredients are all you need to whip up a flavorful Lem'n Dill Cheese Ball. It's one of our favorites for last minute entertaining!

Preparation:

Bring butter and cream cheese to room temperature. Blend well with Cherchies® Lem'n Dill Seasoning and shape into a ball.

Serve with your favorite crackers.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Hard-boil eggs*. Cool and shell.

Cut in half, remove yolks and place in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.

Spread any of our preserveshot pepper jellies,  Cherchies® Pretty Peppers,  Cherchies Vidalia Onion Peach Salsa, or Cherchies Black Bean & Corn Salsa over a softened block of cream cheese. 

Serve with crackers for an easy appetizer!

Dill Shrimp Recipe

Delicious twist on an old favorite! Buttery shrimp flavored with garlic and our Lem'n Dill Seasoning, your guests will love it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 lbs. large raw shrimp
  • 2 TBSP. butter
  • 1 TBSP. olive oil
  • 1 TBSP. garlic, minced
  • 2 TBSP. shallots, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP. Cherchies Lem'n Dill Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP. lemon juice

Preparation:

Peel and devein shrimp.
Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet. Saute garlic and shallots over low heat for two minutes until tender.
Add shrimp and increase heat. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes or until done.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove to a serving bowl and add lemon juice and Lem'n Dill Seasoning and toss well.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

Serves 4 - 6
