- 2 cups low-fat creamy cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Cherchies® Pretty Peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 4 Tbsp. chopped walnuts or pecans
Combine lemon juice and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Stir in the next four ingredients.
Place mixture on lettuce leaves and chill before serving.
