Top Brie cheese with a thin layer of our Cranberry Preserve and chopped pecans. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese starts to melt. Spoon onto crackers.

Shrimp with Honey Pepper Vinaigrette Recipe

Whip up this flavorful shrimp recipe for a cocktail party or serve it over a bed of greens for a ladies luncheon.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Cherchies® Pepper Pizzazz Seasoning
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.4 lb. medium shrimp (cooked and peeled)

Preparation:
Add first six ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Heat in microwave oven for about one minute or until flavors are well blended.
Pour over the shrimp and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Can be made the night before.

Place on a platter and serve with toothpicks.

Easy Quesadillas Recipe

This quick and easy to make recipe can be made as an appetizer, snack, or add some cooked chicken and make it a mealtime favorite.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix grated cheese with Cherchies® Salsa Seasoning. Place tortilla on warm griddle or grill. Cover with 1 cup cheese mixture. Sprinkle Cherchies® Pretty Peppers and Jalapeño pepper evenly over the cheese.

Cover with another tortilla and cook 30 seconds. Carefully turn quesadilla and cook 1 minute on other side (or enough to just melt cheese). Remove from heat, cut into pie shaped slices. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.

Serve with salsa (try our recipe that is on the label).
Serves 6 - 8.

Mexican Martino Cheesecake Recipe

Mexican Martino Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Combine cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in 1 carton of sour cream. Add eggs all at once and stir until blended.
Stir in Vidalia® Onion Peach Salsa, green chilies and Pretty Peppers.

Pour into a 9 inch springform pan. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set.

While still hot, spread the other carton of sour cream over the top of the cheesecake. Cool. Cover pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, remove sides of pan and dribble remaining 1/2 cup salsa over the top of cheesecake.

Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
