Preparation:

Mix Cherchies® Cranberry Hot Pepper Jam (if you prefer sweeter meatballs, try Cherchies® Cranberry Preserves instead) with the chili sauce. Stir well. In a saucepan, mix sauce with meatballs. Heat thoroughly over medium heat and serve with toothpicks.

Baked Havarti Appetizer Recipe

With just three ingredients, this easy to make recipe works up fast and uses items you'll probably have on hand! Great for when guests pop in unexpectedly.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Roll out crescent rolls and seal the seams to form one piece. Sprinkle Cherchies® Lem'n Dill Seasoning generously over and under cheese and wrap in dough.

Use only enough dough to fully wrap cheese. Seal seams.

Bake in 350° oven for about 20 minutes in an oven-proof pan. Serve warm with crackers as an appetizer.

Serves 8-10

Artichoke and Cheese Squares Recipe

Easy and great for entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz.each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 Tbsp. Cherchies® Champagne Mustard
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • Garnish with Cherchies Pretty Peppers

Preparation
Press dough rectangles together on the bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan. Bake until brown in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Spread the Champagne Mustard evenly over the cooked crust.

Mix the next five ingredients together and spread on top of the Champagne Mustard. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted about 15 minutes. Cut into individual squares and serve.

Makes about 3 dozen.
