Cranberry Butter Spread Recipe

This tasty spread will add a sweet/tangy flavor to waffles, pancakes, toast,  sweet potatoes, etc.

Ingredients

• 2 TBSP.  Cherchies® Cranberry Preserve with Champagne
• 1/4 lb. butter, softened

Preparation

Stir  Cherchies® Cranberry Preserve into a stick of softened butter. Cover and chill 8 hours. 

Cranberries aren't just for the holidays.  Enjoy!

You could even spread the butter onto parchment paper, place in freezer for 10 minutes or so, and use your favorite cookie cutters to make fancy shapes.  Aren't I clever?

Champagne Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe

Make an easy salad dressing that's delicious on any leafy, green salad! Our Champagne Vinaigrette uses only 5 ingredients.  Serve this vinaigrette over our Strawberry Spinach Salad.

Ingredients

• 4 oz.  Cherchies Champagne Mustard (could substitute Cherchies Cranberry Mustard)
• 2 oz. Cherchies® Cranberry Preserve with Champagne
• 2 oz. Balsamic vinegar
• 2 oz. Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 oz. Cranberry juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Shake well before each use.
