Preparation

Peel and quarter beets. Place uncooked beets on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes

Combine honey and Cherchies® Champagne Mustard. Mix thoroughly. Drizzle on beets and cook for 10 minutes more.

Serve and enjoy!

Parmesan New Potatoes Recipe

Preparation

Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Cut potatoes in quarters, and coat with cooking spray.

Combine bread crumbs and Garlic Seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Coat potatoes with the mixture. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mashed Lemon Potatoes Recipe

Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash. Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Stir onions and next four ingredients into mashed potatoes. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and chill up to 8 hours.

Before serving, bring to room temperature and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.

Serves 4-6

Elegant Pan Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes (about 2 lbs.)

  • 4 slices of bacon

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 clove, garlic, crushed

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 2 tsp. Cherchies® Lem'n Dill Seasoning

  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced

Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Set aside.

In a large frying pan, fry bacon until browned and crisp. Drain bacon and crumble. Add butter to pan drippings and saute onion and garlic over medium heat until tender.

Add potatoes, salt, pepper and Lem'n Dill Seasoning and continue cooking until potatoes are lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle tomatoes over potatoes.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Serves 4
