This recipe was sent to us by Dick VanKuiken of Grandville, Michigan. He combines our Champagne MustardGarlic Seasoning (or No Salt Garlic'n Herbs) for a delicious mushroom dish that can be served as a side or as a complement to steak, chicken, or fish! Here's what Dick had to say about our products:

"You should be ashamed of yourselves for creating such a good product! These mushrooms are absolutely delicious because of the Champagne Mustard. I also dip some cheddar cheese in the Champagne Mustard. I could easily eat the entire jar at one time!"

Ingredients

Preparation

Mix the first eight ingredients and stir well. Put all of the mixture into a frying pan. Add 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve immediately.

Makes approx. 3 - 4 servings
