Festive Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

• 6 eggs at room temperature

• 2 Tbsp. Cherchies® Champagne Mustard or Cherchies® Hot Banana Pepper Mustard

• l/4 jar Cherchies® Pretty Peppers, drained

• 1 Tbsp. cream cheese

• 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

• 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation:

Hard-boil eggs*. Cool and shell.

Cut in half, remove yolks and place in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.

Serve and enjoy!

Easy Cream Cheese Appetizer

Guests stopped over unexpectedly? We have a quick appetizer they are sure to love.

Spread any of our preserves, hot pepper jellies,  Cherchies® Pretty Peppers,  Cherchies Vidalia Onion Peach Salsa, or Cherchies Black Bean & Corn Salsa over a softened block of cream cheese. 

Serve with crackers for an easy appetizer!

Dill Shrimp Recipe

Delicious twist on an old favorite! Buttery shrimp flavored with garlic and our Lem'n Dill Seasoning, your guests will love it.

Ingredients:

• 1 3/4 lbs. large raw shrimp
• 2 TBSP. butter
• 1 TBSP. olive oil
• 1 TBSP. garlic, minced
• 2 TBSP. shallots, minced
• salt & pepper to taste
• 2 TBSP. Cherchies Lem'n Dill Seasoning
• 1 TBSP. lemon juice

Preparation:

Peel and devein shrimp.
Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet. Saute garlic and shallots over low heat for two minutes until tender.
Add shrimp and increase heat. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes or until done.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove to a serving bowl and add lemon juice and Lem'n Dill Seasoning and toss well.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

Serves 4 - 6

Creamy Prosciutto Pinwheels Recipe

Keep these 3 ingredients on hand for a tasty and flavorful treat. Prosciutto, cream cheese and a bit of spicy kick from Cherchies® Hot Banana Pepper Mustard makes these an entertaining hit.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 pound sliced Prosciutto (Italian ham)
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• Cherchies® Hot Banana Pepper Mustard (or you could substitute Cherchies® Cherry Pepper Jam or Cherchies® Strawberry Hot Pepper Jam)

Preparation:

Spread slices of prosciutto with cream cheese and Cherchies® Hot Banana Pepper Mustard. Roll up and cut into pinwheels.

Secure with toothpicks and serve.
