Red Pepper & Pesto Cheesy Bread Recipe

Adapted from GourmetGallery in Oklahoma, this gooey cheesy bread is the ideal tasty appetizer or snack.  Add some meat and/or vegetables, serve with our Cranberry Spinach Salad and you have a quick and easy lunch or dinner.  Perfect for those busy nights.

For another variation, substitute the Mozzarella cheese and top the cheesy bread with our Caprese Salad.  Oh my goodness, my mouth is already watering.  I'll share that in another blog since the cheesy bread disappeared before I had a chance to photograph it;)



Mix the cream cheese with Red Pepper & Pesto Dip and Mozzarella cheese.  Season with Cherchies® Garlic 'n Herbs Seasoning.  Slice the bread horizontally in half. Spread both halves of the bread with the red pepper mixture and place the top half back over the bottom half.

Wrap the loaf tightly in heavy duty foil and place on grill 15 - 20 minutes or until hot. Cut into slices and serve warm.   Enjoy!
